Job Description

Tsingtao is a high quality, award wining and well established professional massage spa located in Unionville, looking for receptionists to join our front desk team. Excellent clientele, flexible working hours, friendly co-workers, convenient location. Job duty includes:

• Be the first point of contact & greeting our guests
• Receiving calls, replying to voicemails, missed calls and email etc.
• Making appointments & confirming reservation
• Educating client in regards to different services
• Processing payments and receipts
• Organizing files and stocks
• Providing refreshments
• Resolving guest challenges, utilizing support from the Spa Manager when necessary
• Other duties, but not limited to: Laundry, Basic Cleaning & maintenance, Social Media, Coordinating with spa managers with daily work, and other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• 1 year minimum experience as a receptionist or related experience
• Excellent level of customer service skills in professional and friendly working environment
• Strong organization, communication and multitask skills in busy environment
• Fluent in English, Mandarin speaking is an asset
• Well presented (Smile, Hair and Makeup)
• be willing to be trained and learn about the standard procedures and services in spa
• Be punctuated and have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Shift:
