How you will make an impact

- Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

- Secure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

- Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience

- Middle Office experience desired

- 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
