Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team in Squamish. This role is vital in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service and support during their stay, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins and check-outs.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
Perform night audit duties as required.
Qualifications
At least one year of proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest relations.
