Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:Front Desk Duties

  • Registering, cancelling and changing room reservation requests
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints or questions
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Maintaining an inventory of reservations, vacancies, and room assignments
  • Providing information on motel facilities and services through the telephone, email or in person
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry and cleaning duties
  • Balance cash and completing end of shift reports
Housekeeping Assistant must possess physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, bend, and attention to detail.
  • Duties include: Sweep, vacuum & mop floors.
  • Dust and polish furniture.
  • Make beds, and change linens.
  • Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry.
  • Help fold and put away clean laundry.
  • Mop and sweep outdoor walkways.
Schedule:
  • 6 hour shift
  • Front Desk Clerk Monday & Tuesday 2:30pm to 9pm
  • Housekeeping Assistant Thursday & Sunday 8:30am to 2:30pm
  • Day and Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Some days shifts will be 8 hours depending on how busy the motel is.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per weekSalary: $15.00 per hourBenefits:
