The position entails being the first point of contact for all guests arriving and departing from the hotel. This includes checking guests in and out, answering the phones, booking reservations, and coordinating guest stays and requests while at the property. The front desk agent would have to work well under pressure both in a team and solo environment. Communication and customer service skills are essential for this position.
