Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments for tire services and graphics work
Process invoices, payments, and work orders
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
Communicate effectively with technicians and the graphics team
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed
Skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, email, spreadsheets)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in automotive, tire, or service industry is an asset but not required
Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
