Massage Addict Newmarket is looking for a

part-time

Guest Services Associates.

Flexible - One to Two evenings per week and a Saturday/Sunday shift (one or both shifts each weekend if you have availability) You are able book days off with advanced notice.

Saturday and Sunday shifts are 8:30 to 5:00pm

Position Summary

An integral member of the Massage Addict team, Guest Service Administrators (GSAs for short!) thrive on consistently providing an exceptional experience from the moment a client walks through our doors. Embracing our fast-paced clinic environment, GSAs are motivated, initiative-taking, outstanding communicators, highly organized and true multi-taskers. With a 'can-do' and 'no task too small' mindset, a GSA can manage both administrative and clinic responsibilities with care while also ensuring the safety of our clients and therapists.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding client service, answering telephone calls, and booking appointments. Welcome clients by greeting and familiarising them to the Clinic upon arrival. Maintain a working knowledge of all Massage Addict services. Provide administrative support to the Clinic including preparation of forms, and documentation for new and existing clients. Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with clinic operating procedures; cleanliness of the clinic guest-facing areas, including the reception area and treatment rooms.

Requirements & Qualifications

1 to 2 years of experience within a service-oriented environment, with a focus on administration, and providing a high level of client service/satisfaction Superior verbal communication and telephone skills Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly with great people skills Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; spreadsheets, word processing and calendar management Access to reliable transportation.

Monday - Friday: 9am - 9pm Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 5pm
