We have part-time Night Audit position available and we are seeking candidates that offer professional and exemplary customer service at every point of contact - whether with guests, colleagues or external customers.
Main Duties:
Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a strong first impression of the quality of service they can expect during their stay
Perform check in and check out services
Resolve any guest issues
Answer all phone calls and make reservations if required
Be responsible for the safety and comfort of all guests.
Handle any guest complaints related to noise/disturbances to the complete satisfaction of the guests.
Communicate all issues/incidents via correct reports to Managers for review the following day
Understand all emergency procedures
Prepare Audit Report
Requirements:
Previous Front Desk experience preferred
Knowledgeable in computer functions (hotel pms, word, excel, internet)
IHG and Opera experience an asset
Attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task
Confidence in dealing with guest issues/emergency issues
Must be fluent in English both verbal and written
Ability to work in a team, and work with minimal supervision.
Must be a responsible and capable individual, with good communication skills
