We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services, managing guest relations, and ensuring smooth hotel operations during night shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality management, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Bilingual abilities and hotel management knowledge are highly valued to enhance our diverse guest interactions and operational efficiency.
Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and preparing accounts for the next day
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the hotel management system
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication at all times
Monitor security and safety protocols during night hours to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
Assist in administrative tasks related to guest services, billing, and reporting as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality or hotel experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
