As a hotel Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our hotel and delivering a memorable guest experience.

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Services Agent/Night Auditor, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights, and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You'll also create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

Job Details:

Overseeing the front desk & providing excellent customer service to our guests. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and making them feel welcomed. Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Resolve guest issues and escalate to management when necessary. Handle guest reservations over the phone, email, and in person. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of reservations. This position may require working evenings, weekends, holidays, and on a rotating schedule. The role may involve standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
