We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Handle phone calls using professional phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary. Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner. Assist with managing reservations through phone systems and online platforms. Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest services and hospitality excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $16.00-$16.80 per hour
