Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Process reservations and manage booking systems accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and address any special requests.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Experience in front desk operations or hotel experience is preferred.
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for better communication with diverse guests.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally.
Knowledge of hospitality best practices and guest services principles.
