Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented

Front Desk Agent

to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional manner Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously Process payments, deposits, refunds, and post charges accurately Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable Assist with upselling rooms, packages, and hotel amenities when appropriate

Qualifications & Skills

Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills; experience with hotel PMS is an asset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Requirements

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Willingness to relocate to Waskesui Lake Ability to stand for extended periods Professional appearance and positive attitude
