Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire gym and elevate member experience through personalized and attentive service Greet and assist members with a friendly and positive attitude Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service Send and receive emails Manage member check-ins and registrations Handle basic administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel) Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus Must be able to work alone

Must have a consistent schedule. We are currently looking for someone who can work Monday and Wednesday evenings (5:00pm-9:15pm). All hiring times are closing shifts.

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week

Are you familiar with CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting? Have you ever worked at a gym before? If so, for how long? Do you have any experience training in the gym? This is not a requirement for the position, but general knowledge about fitness and having enthusiasm about training is a plus. Are you comfortable working alone? Are you comfortable with basic cleaning tasks? Do you have any immediate travel plans? Are you consistently available to work the same shift times every week? At the moment, the shifts we are hiring for are all closing shifts. Do you feel that you can be responsible for locking up and securing the facility by yourself?
