Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using computerized systems. Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Process payments and manage billing inquiries, including experience with QuickBooks. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents. Support office operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support and service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective clerical work. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and staff. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
