Position: Member Services Part Time (Front Desk)

About the Role:

As a Member Services Team Member at Sooke Fitness, you play a pivotal role in making sure our members have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You'll be the trusted guide, providing information, support, and a friendly face to our fitness community. Key Responsibilities:

Warm Welcomes: Greet all members and guests with a smile and a friendly attitude, making them feel valued and welcome. Efficient Check-Ins: Manage the member check-in process seamlessly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Pro Shop Assistance: Help members with purchases in the Pro Shop, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and organized space. Tanning & Training Coordination: Schedule tanning appointments and personal training sessions, providing information about our services and trainers. Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and keep the front desk area neat and organized.
Hours of operation:

Monday to Friday - 9am to 8pm Saturday - 9am to 1pm Shifts are normally 4hrs plus.*
