The Best Western Plus Emerald Isle located in beautiful Sidney, BC, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team of hospitality professionals.
We are currently accepting applications for Front Desk Agent for our Front Office Department. This position is to cover 4 to 5 shifts per week, mostly morning shifts (7AM to 3PM).
Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
Accommodate guest requests
Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services and brand
Handling payments
Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
Follow security and safety guidelines
Previous experience an asset but willing to train the right individual.
Regular physical activity including walking, standing, sitting and lifting.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
