Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and providing information about our hotel and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle phone inquiries and reservations using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services is an advantage. A background in hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes we seek.
