, located on the beautiful Saanich Peninsula, is seeking a

Part-Time Front Desk Agent

to join our amazing team! We are a proud family-owned hotel and take great pride in the unique charm and warm atmosphere our Inn is known for. We offer a supportive work environment, competitive wages, staff meals, and employee/friend & family rates at any Choice Hotel across North America.

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests--whether on the phone or in person--so delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

This is a part-time position

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):



Creating, modifying, and managing reservations Welcoming and registering guests Processing payments and posting accurately to guest folios Assisting guests with inquiries or concerns Communicating room information with housekeeping and other team members Handling incoming phone calls and emails Problem-solving as needed Multi-tasking and working calmly under pressure Taking pride in your work and bringing a positive, fun attitude to the team
