Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out
- Provide information about services
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized facility
- Start and brief games.
Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive guest experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Weekend availability is required.
Training usually lasts around a month that period is minimum wage.
