We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent customer service skills. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms efficiently and courteously. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through multi-line phone systems and online platforms. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and record-keeping. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant information. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Assist with billing inquiries and processing payments accurately. Uphold the highest standards of phone etiquette while communicating with guests over the phone.

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with hospitality software systems is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
