What You Will Do:
Answer and direct all calls appropriately and efficiently
Process and confirm room reservations
Greet, register, and assign rooms to arriving guests
Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment for services
Respond to guests' questions and/or concerns
Ensure work areas and equipment are kept functional and orderly at all times
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Is a hardworking, positive, and proactive individual
Is able to work cooperatively with other
Is available for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend work
Cares about their professional appearance and follows uniform and dress code standards
Skill Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Great organizational skills
Proficient telephone skills
The ability to handle and solve customer related concerns and complaints and report to supervisor as necessary
Knowledge and Training:
Knowledge of clerical and basic accounting procedures
Aware of POS systems and basic computer operations
Industry Experience:
Minimum one-year previous experience as a front desk attendant
