As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly and professionally.
Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately.
Uphold high standards of hospitality by ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Experience
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred, particularly within the hospitality industry.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse guests.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on providing excellent guest services.
