As a Front Desk Agent at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, efficient check-in/check-out services, and delivering exceptional service throughout the guest's stay. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences aligned with the Fairmont standard of excellence.

Job Duties Include:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests Promote hotel services and upsell rooms and amenities where appropriate Manage room reservations using the hotel's property management system (PMS)


Qualifications

Previous Front Office/Guest Service experience an asset Opera PMS and MS Office experience preferred

You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
