The Role

We are seeking a warm, professional, and guest-focused

Front Desk Agent

to be the welcoming face of Oceanstone Resort & Spa. You'll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive until the moment they depart. This role combines customer service, problem-solving, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide efficient check-in/check-out service Answer phone and email inquiries in a friendly, professional manner Provide resort information, recommend local attractions, and assist with guest needs Process reservations and maintain accurate booking records Handle payments and maintain accurate cash/credit transactions Resolve guest concerns with patience and a service-first mindset Collaborate with housekeeping, spa, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and booking systems (experience with WebRezPro is an asset - but not required) Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
