We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team Part- time. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel amenities and services. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software. Operate phone systems to respond to calls, take messages, and relay information as needed. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that guest rooms are ready for occupancy. Provide local area information, recommendations, and assistance with transportation arrangements. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. (Shifts including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)
