Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information. Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Operate multi-line phone systems to assist callers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations. Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in front desk operations or hospitality preferred. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette. Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset. Strong customer service orientation. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
