Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Operate phone systems to respond to calls and relay messages as needed. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and directions. Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a secure environment for guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry. Strong phone etiquette skills, with the ability to manage multiple calls effectively. Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest services. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
