Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have flexible availability.
Duties
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly
- Process guest check-outs efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Handle reservations and cancellations accurately
- Utilize phone systems and hotel software effectively
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling various guest situations
