We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software. Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest services. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
