Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
Check in guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring that all guest information is accurate.
Handle reservations and assist with booking accommodations, providing guests with details about the services and amenities available.
Answer guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding the property and surrounding area.
Manage guest check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Operate the front desk's computer systems and phone lines, responding to calls and emails as needed.
Assist with billing, payments, and ensuring guests' accounts are properly managed.
Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are tidy and welcoming at all times.
Provide recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and other services.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of office software, POS systems, and handling cash is a plus.
Multitasking and problem-solving abilities are essential in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
