Responsibilities: -
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly -
Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar customer service role is preferred
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
