We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth hotel operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hospitality management knowledge, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and communication.
Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
Provide excellent guest services, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software
Handle night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting
Assist guests with concierge services, including booking transportation, dining, or local attractions
Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently
Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and vendors
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable
Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
Ability to handle night audit responsibilities if required
Hospitality or resort experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with professionalism and courtesy
