RPR Heating and Air Conditioning Ltd. is looking for a smart, detail-oriented
Front Desk Administrator
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, takes pride in accurate work, and enjoys being the friendly first point of contact for customers.

What You'll Do
Greet walk-in customers and answer a high volume of incoming calls.
Schedule service and installation appointments.
Prepare, review, and finalize customer invoices with a high level of accuracy.
Verify technician notes, pricing, and warranty details before billing.
Maintain organized customer records and assist with rebates, warranty submissions, and maintenance plans.
Provide general office support including filing, scanning, and supplies management.
Assist management with administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy -- you catch mistakes before they become problems.
A proactive, intuitive thinker who takes ownership of their work.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
Experience with service software is an asset.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
8 hours per day (full-time, on-site)
Compensation & Benefits
Range: $22-30, depending on experience
