Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk associate to join our team at the C.A.R.E Institute in Canada. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, contributing significantly to our mission of providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic
Manage multi-line phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally
Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
Handle administrative tasks including filing and organization of documents
Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification as needed
Collaborate with therapy staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
