Part-Time Front Desk Administrator

for our store in the

Peel Region.

Here's what you'll deliver:

Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. Strive to minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold. Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries. Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner. Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis. Motor vehicle licensing administration. Vehicle inventory administration. Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

Must be available for mentioned hours:

Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 8:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm

Strong oral and written communication skills. Minimum of 1-3 years administrative experience required Must be team oriented with a positive attitude Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently or as a part of a team. Strong computer skills; experience with Google drive is considered an asset. Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset. Customer Service Experience is an asset Personable, reliable, courteous, dependable.

This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience

Compensation:

$17.60 per hour
