Job Description

Our busy Real Estate company is looking to add to it's admin team to cover in various offices in the Bruce County area. We have 7 office locations and are needing to find eager/enthusiastic dependable people to join our team.Office/Administrative and computer experience is a must! Someone who presents themselves in a professional and friendly manner both in person and on the phone is required. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and a quick learner as we use different software programs to utilize the day to day business. Being familiar with different social media platforms is required as well for the creative side of the business and promoting and advertising. You need to be responsible enough and be good at time management on your own but also work as part of a bigger team following all company policies and procedures.If you feel you could be a good fit to our team send in your resume further details will be discussed. We are looking for a couple of people to join and one position could possibly be geared more to various location movre as a floater as opposed to a set office location as we are always needing coverage in one office or anotherJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16.5 - 37 per weekSalary: From $16.50 per hourSchedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
