Provide regular feedback and guidance to support students' ongoing progress.

Requirements:
Strong subject expertise: In-depth knowledge of French language, grammar, literature, and advanced writing techniques.
Academic background: Must have excellent knowledge of French literature and language, holding a degree in French, French Literature, or a related field.
Caring and patient: Must enjoy working with high school students and be dedicated to supporting their academic and personal development.
Classroom management: Ability to maintain a productive learning atmosphere in both small group and individual lesson settings.
Customized instruction: Skilled at adapting teaching approaches to meet the diverse learning needs of high school students.
Team player: Willing to collaborate with colleagues and take on additional teaching responsibilities as needed.
Adaptability: Comfortable adopting new teaching methods, tools, and evolving curriculum standards.
Previous experience teaching or tutoring high school students is preferred.
