Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated French Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

Develop and deliver engaging French lessons tailored to students' age and proficiency levels Create lesson plans that incorporate cultural elements, language skills, and interactive activities Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for lesson planning, assignments, and tracking student performance Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special educational needs or learning challenges Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum improvements and extracurricular activities Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student achievements Proofread and review instructional materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and appropriateness for the target age group Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom updates Support tutoring sessions or additional help for students requiring extra assistance in French or related subjects

Experience

Prior experience in early childhood education or teaching young learners is highly desirable Proven classroom experience with children, including managing diverse learning needs Strong background in language instruction, particularly in French, with knowledge of teaching methodologies Experience with math integration or cross-disciplinary activities is a plus Familiarity with LMS platforms for online or blended learning environments Knowledge of special education practices to support inclusive classroom settings Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, and colleagues effectively

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
