We are currently seeking

experienced Freight Brokerage Agents

to join our remote team. If you have a solid background in freight brokerage and a strong network of shippers across the U.S. and Canada, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview

As a

Remote Freight Brokerage Agent

with MLINK Logistics, you will operate as an Independent Contractor, managing your own customers and carriers. You will oversee the complete transportation process from start to finish, using your industry expertise and connections to move freight efficiently and profitably.

This is a commission-only role with

70% of gross profit paid directly to you

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow new shipper relationships across the U.S. and Canada Source, vet, and qualify dependable carriers for available loads Negotiate competitive rates with both shippers and carriers Manage the end-to-end transportation cycle--quoting, booking, dispatching, tracking, and delivery follow-up Maintain strong communication with customers and carriers to ensure on-time service Work independently while following MLINK Logistics' procedures and compliance standards

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Freight Broker / Freight Agent Established shipper network in the U.S. and/or Canada (required) Strong understanding of freight operations, market dynamics, and industry regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment Access to a computer, reliable internet, and a phone Proficiency with load boards and transportation management systems
