Licensed Mortgage Broker/Agent

Join DLC AIMI Collective Mortgage Group - Brokerage Licensed in BC, Alberta & Ontario

We are a licensed mortgage brokerage operating in BC, Alberta, and Ontario. Our team includes top-producing agents who fund $100M+ annually. We are looking for licensed mortgage agents or students currently enrolled in the UBC Sauder "Mortgage Brokerage in British Columbia" course.

What You'll Be Doing

Handle inbound mortgage inquiries and applications Work with clients from application to funding -- collecting documents, submitting to lenders, and liaising with lawyers Place deals with Prime, Alternative, and Private lenders Stay current on market trends, lender policies, and compliance updates

What You Bring

Licensed Mortgage Agent or Broker in BC, Alberta, or Ontario -- or currently enrolled in the UBC Sauder "Mortgage Brokerage in British Columbia" course Self-motivated, accountable, and growth-driven Strong communication and client relationship skills Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital tools Experience in sales, finance, or mortgages is an asset
No experience is required but a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn is a must.

Compensation:

Commission-based only ($50,000 - $400,000+ per year, based on performance)
