Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Present, promote and sell The AGM solution for residential renovations following a preset sales process.

\xc2\xb7 Design, create and optimize 3D concept layouts in Sketch Up for renovation projects, based on customer wish lists, wants and needs.

\xc2\xb7 Create itemized quotes based on the designs using AGM pricing templates.

\xc2\xb7 Meet with Clients both at their homes and in the AGM office.

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with customers to ensure all questions are being answered, to advance the process and to ensure a seamless execution after point of sale.

\xc2\xb7 Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

\xc2\xb7 Work with customers to select all interior finishes, features and accurately capture all materials on internal documents.

\xc2\xb7 Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

\xc2\xb7 Keep internal CRM system up to date on sales activities.

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 A passion for design, interior design and/or furniture layouts

\xc2\xb7 Experience with home design or room design.

-Experience with designing on the spot.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with interior finish selection and upgrade sales.

\xc2\xb7 Highly motivated and target driven.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

\xc2\xb7 Sketchup or 3D design is a mandatory requirement

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive relationships.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

\xc2\xb7 Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

\xc2\xb7 Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
