Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Franchise Development and Partner Coach. This is a dual role where you will assist the Vice President, Development to qualify and award Franchises and then train and help the Franchisee grow their businesses. Through living our values of: ALL-IN, Caring, Leadership, Client-Focused and Teamwork, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our Franchise Partners to reach their full potential while championing a winning culture that drives results.

You'll work closely with the Franchise Success Team and report to the VP, Development. The role is full-time, based in our Oakville, Ontario office (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm), as well as travel across Canada to visit Franchisees.

Experience and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you should bring:

- Minimum

3 years

of franchise experience, preferably on the franchisor side is an asset

- Knowledge of business development principles and strategies

- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data

- Experience coaching and supporting franchisees or independent business owners is an asset

- A strong sense of Leadership with the ability to inspire action and accountability.

- A Caring mindset and genuine desire to see others thrive.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), organization and project execution abilities.

- Ability to analyze P&L statements and use data to drive business decisions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

- A mindset rooted in Teamwork, collaboration and trust.

- as this is a dual role is is separated into two descriptions below:


FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT

You will support the Vice President, Development in qualifying Franchise Partners, your duties are listed below but may change as your proficiency develops:

- Assist with the content creation of marketing materials, including copywriting, graphics and multimedia content

- Collaborate with the Franchise Success Team to create marketing materials and promotional strategies

- Conduct research on potential growth opportunities

- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records

- Assist with posting ads and working with Franchisees to help transition their buiness

- Support the coordination of meetings, conferences, and tradeshow events

- Attend Franchise Trade Shows

- Mapping territories

- Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Franchise Development as needed

FRANCHISE PARTNER COACH



Your core responsibility is to drive a winning culture by helping Franchise Partners improve performance, increase revenue and build strong, sustainable businesses. You will provide 1:1 coaching, lead strategic initiatives and support network-wide development always grounded in our core values.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Coach, support and celebrate the successes of Franchise Partners through performance reviews, planning sessions and in-field visits.

- Demonstrate Client-Focused thinking by aligning operational excellence with client satisfaction goals.

- Influence business decisions through effective Leadership and conflict resolution.

- Develop and execute projects that elevate leadership and business operations across the Franchise network.

- Drive adoption of best practices, compliance standards and training initiatives that align with company goals.

- Maintain accurate records and coaching notes to track Franchise Partner development and support personalized follow-up.

- Provide feedback and insight to the Director of Franchise Success to enhance tools, processes and overall Franchisee support.

- Partner with colleagues across departments to reinforce Teamwork and cross-functional execution.

- Lead and contribute to national and regional Franchise meetings, training weeks and webinars as a subject matter expert and motivating voice for the network.

- Travel to Franchise locations to provide direct field coaching at takeover or launch and business reviews.

- Support new Franchise Partner onboarding through coaching during launch phases, ensuring a strong foundation for operational success.

- Be a visible ambassador of the MOLLY MAID culture -- ALL-IN, reliable, professional, Caring and growth-minded.
