Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Review blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Manage project budgets and assist in construction estimating to ensure financial efficiency. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project progress.

Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics. Strong skills in budgeting and construction estimating. Experience with supervising teams in a construction setting. Familiarity with quality control processes in construction projects. Knowledge of construction management software, particularly ProCore and Bluebeam. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to motivate team members effectively. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Pay: From $33.00 per hour
