Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified residential framer to join our team. As a member of our crew, you will play a crucial role in the construction of residential buildings, ensuring that our projects are built to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Perform framing work for residential construction projects, including walls, floors, and roofs.

Execute precise measurements and cuts for lumber and other framing materials.

Install, align, and secure structural components such as beams and trusses.

Ensure that all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Promote a culture of safety and adhere to all safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential framing with a minimum of 2 years in the field.

Strong knowledge of framing techniques, materials, and tools.

Ability to operate framing equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

PPE (steel toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses)

Tool Belt (hammer, speed square, chalk line, tape measure)

Pay: $25.00-$39.05 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
