Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the Financial Analyst will play a critical role in providing insights and supporting decision-making across BU North America. This position is responsible for analyzing financial statements, forecasting and budgeting, and assisting in creating models to support business planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to communicate complex information in an accessible manner.The FP&A Analyst role is a permanent position that can be fulfilled across North America on a remote basis.   • Evaluate Financial Performance: Dive deep into the numbers, conducting variance analysis to drive actionable insights.

  • Modeling Mastery: Develop financial models that empower decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Present with Impact: Shine in the spotlight by delivering compelling presentations at our monthly Business Review Meetings.
AUTOMATION & INNOVATION
  • Increase productivity by identifying and implementing process improvements and automation, including creating standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
  • Apply digital capabilities to identify and implement digital transformation and innovation opportunities.
PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA
  • Educational Background: A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting or finance is a must, with a CPA designation highly regarded.
  • Experience: Bring two to three years of relevant experience to the table, ideally in a similar role.
  • Digital Dynamo: Your digital capabilities, including data analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other types of automation experience are essential.
  • Tech Savvy: Excel, Access, Word \xe2\x80\x93 you\'re a pro. Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, OneStream, and M3? Even better.

  • Hands-On Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing/plant control is a definite plus.
