A large sector of our customer base consists of nonprofit organizations, and we specialize in helping them manage financial planning, especially grant-based funding.We are looking for an FP&A Analyst Consultant with expertise in the nonprofit sector to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with customers to implement and optimize Limelights FP&A solutions, ensuring they gain full value from our platform.Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Be the primary contact for customers, nurturing trust-based relationships with their finance teams.
• Customer Enablement: Assist in implementing Limelights FP&A software, guiding customers through data integrations, reporting automation, and workflow optimization.
• Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring seamless platform use.
• Adoption Monitoring: Track customer usage metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement and further engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to provide top-notch support and implement solutions aligned with client needs.
• Product Advocacy: Gather feedback and collaborate with nonprofit clients to understand their unique budgeting and forecasting needs, particularly around grant management, program-based budgeting, and compliance reporting.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a nonprofit finance or consulting role.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit financial planning, including grants, restricted funds, and multi-program budgeting.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with FP&A software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with finance teams.
• Passion for helping organizations improve financial planning and decision-making through technology.
