is seeking an

FP&A Analyst

for our Puslinch, ON office. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting decision-making across BU North America. This position involves financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and model development to support strategic planning.

About The Role:

Drive financial strategy with data, innovation, and impact.

Responsibilities:

Analyze financial statements and conduct variance analysis to generate actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, marketing) to ensure accurate financial reporting Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives Present findings and recommendations at monthly Business Review Meetings Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Create standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards Apply digital capabilities to drive transformation and innovation

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Preferred 2 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, particularly in the manufacturing sector Strong understanding of financial concepts and analytical techniques Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is a must-have Power Automate, OneStream, and M3 are a plus Familiarity with data analytics and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Demonstrate initiative and a growth mindset Contribute to digital innovation and continuous improvement Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams Deliver high-quality insights that influence strategic decisions

Hybrid role - requires working onsite at the Puslinch office at least 2 days per week
