General Responsibilities
Business AcumenPrepare, analyze, and present to stakeholders financial performance, trends, and variances. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support financial initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Data Strategy & AI ReadinessLead automation and process improvements using AI and automation tools. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.

Process Optimization & AutomationIdentify and propose opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with internal controls and propose corrective actions.

Leadership & Talent DevelopmentSupport junior team members through collaboration and guidance. Support team learning thourgh sharing knowledge and best practices. Track and explain progress to report to their manager.

Key Responsibilities
Business Case Development & EvaluationLead the preparation and evaluation of business cases for strategic initiatives, with a focus on internal projects and real estate opportunities. Conduct ROI, NPV, payback, and sensitivity analyses to assess financial viability. Monitor and challenge project progress against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and risks

2. Real Estate & Capital InvestmentsPartner with the real estate and operations teams to evaluate property acquisitions, leases, and expansion opportunities. Build financial models to assess different scenarios (lease vs. buy, geographic expansion, facility upgrades). Track performance of approved investments against expected outcomes.

3. FP&A ToolActively participate in the implementation of the new FP&A tool. Support process mapping, system testing, and end-user adoption. Help design reporting dashboards and driver-based models to improve forecasting.

4. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with operations, real estate, and project management teams to align financial insights with business priorities. Partner with accounting to ensure actuals are reflected accurately in financial models. Provide decision support to leadership through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:CPA designation. 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance. Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis skills. Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (Power BI, Anaplan, Adaptive, or equivalent). Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Preferred:Experience with FP&A tool implementation or system migration. Background in logistics, real estate, or capital-intensive industries. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
