Job Duties:

Operate various types of equipment such as centrifugal pumps, diaphragm pumps, mixers, scales, hoists, pressure washers etc. Unload tankers and railcars into bulk tanks Load out tankers Read and understand SDS sheets to ensure proper PPE is utilized Follow strict blending instructions and procedures to ensure safe & accurate formulating Document batch records Use RF scanners to record production and inventory Perform quality inspections as needed Maintain a clean and organized formulation area Understand and troubleshoot equipment Other related duties as required or assigned

Required Knowledge/Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience of on the floor production line large batch formulation experience required Experience handling chemicals considered an asset Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to follow instructions and the training provided Basic math, communication & problem-solving skills TDG & Forklift Training considered an asset but not required Experience in any of the above is considered an asset, however all will be provided

Working Conditions:

Manual dexterity to work with tankers, pumps and other associated equipment Overtime as required Requirement to work both inside and outside in all conditions Able to identify any health and safety issue Must be able to work intermittent afternoon shifts for holiday coverage
